These terms are a technical launch checklist in legal-page form. A qualified lawyer must adapt them to the operating company and target markets.

The service
Describe Northgleam as an astrology calculation, education, and AI-assisted reflection service. State that astrology is not scientifically validated as reliable fate prediction and that outputs are entertainment and optional self-reflection, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
Eligibility and accounts
Set the minimum age, require accurate account information, prohibit credential sharing and automated abuse, and make the account holder responsible for safeguarding access. Add verified email and password-reset procedures before broad launch.
Subscriptions, taxes, cancellation, and refunds
Insert final prices, billing interval, auto-renewal disclosures, free-trial terms if any, taxes, cancellation timing, feature access after cancellation, refund policy, and statutory withdrawal rights. Configure the text to match Stripe settings and each target jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Prohibit unlawful use, harassment, stalking, attempts to infer or expose private third-party facts, unauthorized storage of another person’s birth data, security testing without permission, scraping, resale, prompt extraction, abuse of quotas, and use of the service to make high-stakes decisions for others.
User content and privacy
Define the limited license needed to process user prompts and data solely to provide the service. Do not claim ownership of user content. Explain that users must have an appropriate lawful basis and permission for third-party data. Align this section with the privacy policy and vendor terms.
Intellectual property
Reserve rights in the server code, brand, original interface, prompts, content, report structures, and compiled assets while respecting third-party licenses. Clarify that browser-delivered code remains technically inspectable and that minification is not a legal access-control mechanism.
Disclaimers and limitation
Insert enforceable disclaimers, warranty exclusions, liability caps, exclusions, consumer-rights savings clauses, and jurisdiction-specific language. Do not rely on a generic limitation copied from another company.
Termination, law, and disputes
Describe suspension for abuse, user termination, data export and deletion, survival clauses, governing law, courts or arbitration only after counsel review, consumer venue rights, and a contact method.
